Reflections on Policing
At a time when our communities are having difficult conversations about policing and police reform, this year’s speaker Police Chief Scott Nadeau, who retired in June 2021, will reflect on his 34 years in policing and his work to transform two Minnesota Police Departments. A nationally recognized speaker and educator on community policing, policing in diverse communities, problem solving, and transforming police agencies, he will offer some examples and suggestions that inform our ongoing discussion about the need for better policing.
